A Life in Music

Christmas Day morning pre-service rehearsal calls for a breakfast sandwich at the keyboard.

I grew up in a very musical household, and I’m fortunate to be able to say that it is with me to this day. I would feel far less like myself away from it. I studied Keyboard Performance under Dr. Dean Billmeyer and Asako Hirabayashi at the University of Minnesota, and received coaching from former Bach Society head and Twin Cities Early Music Festival founder Donald Livingston. Alongside Renaissance, Baroque, and Classic repertoire, I love to play solo improvsied music, inspired by realms ranging from folk to jazz. I would love to play for your event. Book a consultation with me, and we can explore possibilites for repertoire for your event.
